At Aurielle Lamps, every order is carefully prepared and packaged to make sure it arrives safely.

Processing Time (UPDATED)

As of recently we have had many orders at or store causing order delays because every product is handmade on order so therefore shipping times can be very delayed at this moment of time.

Orders are now processed within 1-2 Months after your order is placed. During busy periods, processing may take slightly longer, but we always do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible.

Shipping Time (UPDATED)

Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery usually takes 5-7 business days.

Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location, courier delays, customs processing, or other factors outside of our control.
