We want you to be happy with your purchase from Aurielle Lamps. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and unopened
- In the exact same condition as received
- Returned in its original packaging
- Complete with all parts, accessories, and protective materials included
Items that have been opened, used, damaged, or removed from their original packaging cannot be returned.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns if the product packaging has been opened or the item is no longer in its original delivered condition.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow a few business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
